We know that aid programs need to be accountable to the publics who fund them and to those communities whose lives they aim to affect. Development Executives has advanced abilities in monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) throughout the project lifecycle. We apply industry best practices for MEL in our existing work and we also collect high-quality data and track learning for evidence based decision making and adaptive management on our projects. We draw on innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance our project MEL systems, and we empower our staff, stakeholders and partners to use quality data to drive meaningful change.
